Sachin Malik: The Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has constituted the Uttaranchal Bhawan Social Committee for the operation and management of Uttaranchal Bhawan. The Process of enrolling members for the committee is being initiated from today.
A meeting has been Scheduled today, May 16, at 9:00 AM at Uttaranchal Bhawan. Members of the Uttarakhand community and various Uttarakhand Social organizations have been specially appealed to attend the meeting in large numbers and enroll themselves as members of the Committee.
Applicants will be required to Submit a copy of their Aadhaar card along with the Prescribed Membership fee. The membership categories are as follows:
Lifetime Membership: ₹11,000
Special Membership (Valid for 5 Years): ₹5,100
General Membership (Valid for 1 Year): ₹2,100
Members will receive five major benefits, including:
The right to Participate in executive committee Elections.
Booking facilities at reserved Rates.
Participation in the daily functioning and management of the Bhawan.
Priority in booking the facility.
Reservation of the Bhawan for major festivals and cultural events of the Uttarakhand Community.
Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik Stated that the registration Process for the Uttaranchal Bhawan Social Committee has officially commenced. Applicants will need to Provide their Aadhaar card and fill out a basic registration form.
Membership fees can be deposited through QR Code Payment as well as offline mode. For offline Payment, applicants may visit Room No. 3 on the fourth floor of the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation headquarters and obtain a receipt after Payment.
Additionally, members of the Uttarakhand community and general citizens can also deposit the Prescribed fee online in the bank account opened in the name of “Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation Uttaranchal Bhawan Social Committee” at the State Bank of India, Navyug Market Branch, Ghaziabad, Account Number: 43771101412, IFSC Code: SBIN0000642
The registration and operational efforts being undertaken by the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation for Uttaranchal Bhawan have generated enthusiasm among members of the Uttarakhand community.
