Sachin Malik: During the inspection, the Municipal Commissioner expressed displeasure after finding Mohan Nagar Zonal In-Charge Sushil Pratap Singh and Tax Superintendent Rambali Pal absent even at 10:00 AM. Instructions were issued to deduct their Salaries with immediate effect. Similarly, the birth and death certificate office was also inspected, and Strict action was ordered against the concerned Staff as the office had not opened even by 10:00 AM.
The Municipal Commissioner also interacted with visitors who had come to deposit house tax and user Charges in the tax department. After irregularities surfaced and records were found to be improperly maintained, explanations were sought from the concerned officials. On the spot, the issue of Shyam Park Sahibabad resident Indra Mohan Sharma was resolved, his death certificate was issued immediately and instructions were given to expedite the Process of house tax name Transfer.
The Municipal Commissioner directed the team to work with a Positive attitude toward visitors and ensure quick resolution of their Problems. Instructions were also given to increase seating arrangements for visitors, install more benches and ensure drinking water facilities for everyone. Tax Inspector Regan Nagar, Revenue Inspector Pramod Rawal and Clerk Rakesh Nigam were instructed to Properly maintain documents and files.
Additional Municipal Commissioner Avnindra Kumar was directed to conduct weekly inspections of all zonal offices, maintain monitoring and ensure compliance with instructions.
The Sudden inspection by the Municipal Commissioner created Panic among the officials at the Mohan Nagar Zonal Office. Strict action was ordered against Staff members who failed to report on time. Directions were also issued to ensure faster grievance redressal and improve Cleanliness arrangements at the zonal Office.
Following the inspection, visitors expressed Satisfaction as the Pace of resolving Public grievances improved. Municipal Health Officer Dr. Mithilesh, Chief Engineer (Construction) Narendra Kumar Chaudhary, In-Charge Horticulture Dr. Anuj and General Manager (Water) Kamakhya Prasad Anand were also Present at the spot. Departmental officers were instructed to carry out special monitoring to improve arrangements and directions were issued to immediately remove Scrap materials and Send them to the Storage facility.
