Sachin Malik: Uttar Pradesh Minister for Industrial Development, Export Promotion, NRI and Investment Promotion, Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi today issued Clear instructions to officials during a review meeting of the Noida Authority held at PICUP Bhawan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. He Stated that any kind of negligence, irregularity or corruption in development works would not be tolerated. He directed that all complaints received Should be investigated impartially and Strict action must be taken against the Guilty and responsible Persons.
During the meeting, the Minister expressed concern that in several cases, Proper reconciliation was not being done despite the issuance of RC (Recovery Certificates), calling the situation highly alarming. He instructed officials to conduct a transparent investigation into the matter and ensure immediate action wherever irregularities are found.
He further Stated that illegal constructions, wherever identified, Should be treated seriously and accountability must be fixed on the concerned officials and individuals. The Minister emphasized that no guilty Person Should be spared and necessary action must be completed before the retirement of the concerned Person.
The Minister also objected to the Poor condition of roads around industrial sectors and said that adequate attention was not being Paid to them. He directed officials to prioritize and Properly repair and maintain the Roads.
He instructed that special attention be given to Cleanliness in every zone, with Clear responsibility assigned to concerned Personnel. Strict Penalties Should be imposed on those found negligent so that others are motivated to complete their work Properly and on time. Drawing attention to the maintenance and Cleanliness of Parks, he directed officials to focus on making Parks Clean, beautiful and Well-Organized.
The Minister further directed that greenery Should be Promoted in front of industrial Plots and Proper Cleanliness maintained so that industrial areas appear attractive, Clean and well-maintained.
During the meeting, the Progress of various development Projects, infrastructure works, Public amenities and investment-related initiatives undertaken over the Past four Years in the Authority area was reviewed. Discussions also covered civic facilities such as sanitation, water supply, sewerage and waste disposal Parks. The Minister instructed officials to complete all works within the stipulated time frame while maintaining quality Standards.
He Stated that the State government is committed to transparency, accountability and good governance and that quick resolution of Public grievances Should be ensured on Priority.
