Sachin Malik Ghaziabad: A special and highly significant training Programme was organized at the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation headquarters for municipal officers and Employees. During the Session, Participants received Practical training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and other basic life-saving techniques. In addition, as Part of the ongoing Yoga Week Celebrations, officers and Staff were educated about the importance of Yoga and healthy dietary Practices.
The Programme was attended by Mayor Sunita Dayal, Additional Municipal Commissioner Avnindra Kumar, In-Charge Nazarat Dr. Anuj, Chief Engineer (Construction) Narendra Kumar Chaudhary, General Manager (Water) Kamakhya Prasad Anand, along with other senior officials, Clerical Staff and Employees.
Dr. Anuj, the Programme coordinator, informed that the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Session was organized jointly by Yashoda Medicity, Indirapuram and the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. The training aimed to equip officers and employees with essential CPR Skills and life-saving techniques to effectively respond during medical emergencies. Participants were Given detailed Guidance on Providing immediate assistance that could help save lives in critical Situations.
As Part of Yoga Week, another informative session was conducted by Sunil Kumar Sinha, Founder of Powering Yoga Venture, under the aegis of the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. The Programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Mayor and other dignitaries. The session emphasized the invaluable role of balanced nutrition and Yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The Mayor encouraged all Participants to Practice Yoga regularly and Pay special attention to healthy eating habits for overall well-Being.
Acting on the directions of Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik, the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation organized the specialized training to enable employees to Provide life-saving assistance during emergencies. Participants were trained in CPR and other emergency response techniques. The second Session focused on healthy nutrition, Yoga, detoxification and the importance of circadian rhythm in achieving better health and Happiness. Officers and employees actively and enthusiastically Participated in both Sessions.
