Lack of funds will not hinder treatment for serious illnesses: Chief Minister
Gorakhpur: During his visit to Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with people and listened to their problems during the Janta Darshan held at the Gorakhnath Temple on Monday morning. He offered heartfelt support for the needy, financial assistance for the marriage of daughters from economically disadvantaged families, and treatment of those suffering from serious illnesses. He stated that the government is committed to providing the benefits of welfare schemes to every needy and eligible person and to effectively resolving every problem. While listening to the people’s problems during the Janta Darshan, the Chief Minister directed officials to demonstrate prompt sensitivity to public issues and ensure their resolution with transparency.
During the Janta Darshan held at the Gorakhnath Temple on Monday morning, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with approximately 200 people. The Chief Minister personally visited the people seated in the auditorium of Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan and listened to their problems one by one. Listening carefully, he took their applications and referred them to the relevant administrative and police officers for resolution. He directed that all problems be resolved in a timely, fair, and satisfactory manner.
During the Janta Darshan, an elderly woman expressed a housing problem. The Chief Minister assured her that she would be provided with housing under the government’s scheme. He also directed the officials present on the spot regarding this. A woman requested financial assistance for her daughter’s marriage, and the Chief Minister immediately directed the officials present to provide her with benefits under the Marriage Grant Scheme. Another woman reported a problem with an electricity connection, which the Chief Minister directed the officials to provide. During the Janta Darshan, CM Yogi said that there was no need to panic. The government was committed to solving every problem.
As usual, some people came to the Janta Darshan seeking financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses. The Chief Minister assured them that no one’s treatment would be stopped due to lack of funds. He instructed officers to ensure that the administration quickly prepares and provides estimates for high-quality treatment for those in need. Upon receiving the estimates, the government will immediately provide funds.
Regarding complaints of land grabbing, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the police to take strict action against any powerful person forcibly occupying someone’s land. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath pampered and blessed the children who came with their families for the Janta Darshan. He also gave them chocolates.
