Agra: The first edition of the Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon was held today at over 60 locations across India, including Agra. The event was also held at Air Force Station Agra, where over 2,500 Air Force personnel, civilians, Army and paramilitary personnel, along with their families, participated enthusiastically.
Air Marshal P. Shivanand, AVSM, VM, Senior Air Staff Officer, Headquarters Central Air Command, was the chief guest. The event was held in three categories: 21 km, 10 km, and 5 km, in both men and women categories. In addition to the chief guest, prize distribution was also done by Air Commodore SK Gupta, VM, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Agra, and Shweta Gupta, President, AFFWA (L).
Group Captain Mohit Srivastava, Chief Administrative Officer, Air Force Agra, was the main coordinator of the event.
Central Air Command (CAC) has successfully organised the first edition of ‘Sekhon Indian Air Force Marathon 2025′ at 9 locations near Air Force Stations under Central Air Command, including Agra.
