Sachin Malik: Lucknow MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said that the youth of Uttar Pradesh are not just voters, but the greatest Strength behind the State future, development and Potential. However, before 2017, during the Samajwadi Party government, young People were given not opportunities, but a system driven by casteism, corruption and favoritism.
He said that more than 600 recruitment Processes conducted between 2012 and 2017 remained controversial. Investigations were initiated into nearly 45,000 Posts and over 700 Petitions were filed in courts demanding cancellation of recruitment Processes and CBI Inquiries.
Dr. Singh Stated that serious questions were raised over the interview Process in the PCS 2011 recruitment, where 56 out of 86 selected SDM reportedly belonged to a single caste. Similarly, in the recruitment of History lecturers, 7 out of 15 selections under the OBC quota allegedly belonged to one Particular caste group. In the 2014 PCS examination, 25 questions were found to be Incorrect.
He further alleged that the Samajwadi Party government laptop distribution scheme was also surrounded by corruption allegations. Questions were raised over the distribution of more than 8 lakh laptops at a cost exceeding ₹1,173 Crore.
Dr. Rajeshwar Singh said that after 2017, under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the recruitment system in Uttar Pradesh underwent a complete transformation. Recruitment Processes were made transparent, technology-driven, and accountable. Digital monitoring, Strict security arrangements and tough action against recruitment mafias were ensured.
He said that in the last nine Years, recruitment Processes for more than 9 lakh government jobs have been carried out in Uttar Pradesh. In the police department alone, over 2.20 lakh recruitments have been completed.
Dr. Singh added that the Yogi government also empowered youth digitally by distributing smartphones and tablets to more than 2 crore young People. Initiatives such as the Abhyudaya Scheme, Skill Development Mission, ODOP, the Defence Corridor, Data Center Policy, Expressway Network and the Global Investors Summit have transformed Uttar Pradesh into a major hub for employment and Investment.
He said that Uttar Pradesh has now emerged from the Politics of recruitment Scams and dynastic Politics to become a model of transparency, good governance, investment, and development. This is why the youth of the state today stand firmly with politics focused on opportunity, governance, and development rather than Casteism.
