Sachin Malik: Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, historic efforts are continuously being made across the country to Strengthen development and infrastructure. In this sequence, Mau district and the Doharighat region received an important gift today with the launch of the long-Pending Doharighat–Aunrihar MEMU train service. This Much-awaited railway service had been a long-Standing demand of the local people, which has now been fulfilled due to the continuous efforts, active initiatives and effective coordination of Uttar Pradesh Urban Development and Energy Minister A. K. Sharma. It was also on the minister request that the Railway Minister announced the extension of the service up to Varanasi.
During the Program organized at Doharighat Railway Station, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw joined virtually, While Minister A.K. Sharma flagged off the MEMU train. Local residents, Public representatives and railway officials Showed great enthusiasm during the event. On the occasion of the train inauguration, People of the region described it as a historic Step toward development and convenience.
In his address, Minister A.K. Sharma said that this new MEMU train service is not merely a railway Project but the beginning of a new era of economic, Social and educational development for Mau and nearby areas. He Stated that Students, working Professionals, small traders, farmers and common citizens who travel daily would greatly benefit from the service. Farmers of the region will also get improved transportation facilities for agricultural Produce, vegetables, Milk and other essential goods, thereby Strengthening the local Economy.
He further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India railway network is witnessing unprecedented expansion and modern railway services are being developed rapidly. The Mau region is also continuously receiving the benefits of new railway Projects. Minister Sharma informed that with the Cooperation of Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, work on several other railway Projects in the region is Progressing rapidly, including Construction of underpasses, expansion of railway facilities and efforts to increase the frequency of trains running from Mau to Delhi.
Minister A.K. Sharma said that development works in Mau district are being given the highest Priority. Rapid Progress is being made on railway overbridges, road construction, Pontoon bridges, drain construction, installation of Power transformers, operation of Wheat Procurement centers and several other Public Welfare Schemes. He Stated that the government objective is to ensure that the light of development reaches the last Person and continuous efforts are being made with this Commitment.
Minister A.K. Sharma expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for this historic gift. He said that under the Prime Minister capable leadership and visionary thinking, the country is rapidly moving toward the goal of a developed India. He added that both the Central and State Governments are continuously working with Public welfare and development as their top Priorities, the benefits of Which are directly reaching the common People.
