Sachin Malik: A Review meeting of the IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) Portal was held today in the Collectorate Auditorium under the Chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Ajit Kumar Singh. During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted of Grievances received through the IGRS Portal, disposal of Pending cases, feedback received from Complainants, departmental Performance and the district Overall ranking. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned Officials.
While reviewing the Progress, the Additional District Magistrate Stated that the IGRS Portal is among the Government highest Priorities. He directed all departments to ensure that every complaint is resolved in a timely, Qualitative and Satisfactory manner in accordance with the Government objectives. He also instructed that no department Should fall into the defaulter category or the bottom 10 Rankings. All departments were asked to focus on the Quality of Grievance redressal and continuously improve their departmental Rankings.
The ADM further directed that during the month of July, the Salary of the head of any department Whose Satisfactory feedback remains below 50 Percent will not be released. He instructed every department to Submit a mandatory certificate confirming Quality disposal of Grievances and Proper communication with Complainants. The Salary of the concerned department head will be released only after Submission of the required Certificate.
He also instructed officials to review the IGRS Portal on a daily basis in every office. Pending complaints and those marked under Category C Should be disposed of on a Priority basis in a timely and effective manner. He emphasized that field inspections must be conducted in the Presence of the complainant during Grievance disposal to ensure factual verification and Provide a lasting and effective Resolution.
During the meeting, the Progress of the Agriculture Department, Labour Department, Electricity Department, Education Department, District Social Welfare Department and the Executive Officer, Dankaur, among others, was reviewed. Departments Whose Performance was found to be below expectations were directed to launch a special drive to Clear Pending and Category C complaints within the Stipulated time while maintaining Quality Standards. They were also instructed to ensure Significant improvement in their Performance before the next review Meeting.
The Additional District Magistrate Stressed that all officers Should maintain regular communication with complainants and address every Grievance with Seriousness and Sensitivity. He directed all departments to work in Close coordination to improve their Performance on the IGRS Portal, reduce the number of Pending cases and make effective efforts to enhance the district overall Ranking.
The meeting was attended by City Magistrate Arvind Kumar Mishra, Deputy Collector Charul Yadav, Assistant Commissioner (Stamp-II) Brijesh Kumar, Deputy Commissioner (Administration), State Tax Department Ajit Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner Industries Pankaj Nirwan, Chief Administrative Officer Anurag Chand Saraswat, and other district-level Officers from the Concerned Departments.
