Sachin Malik: Uttar Pradesh Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Sharma attended a Programme organised by Remedy Cancer Care at Vijay Khand, Lucknow on Monday. On the occasion, he Congratulated the doctors, healthcare Professionals and Staff of the institution for their dedicated service to Society. Encouraging the team of Young doctors, he said that saving lives is the Greatest humanitarian and Noble Service.
Addressing the Gathering, Minister Sharma said that the Uttar Pradesh Government is fully Committed to Strengthening Public healthcare. Through the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and the Chief Minister Relief Fund, the Government is ensuring that no needy family is deprived of Quality medical treatment due to financial constraints. He Said that the Ayushman Card initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has Provided Significant Relief to Millions of families, While timely financial assistance is also being extended to Patients through the Chief Minister Relief Fund.
The Minister expressed Satisfaction that Remedy Cancer Care has successfully treated more than 2,000 Patients under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme and the Chief Minister Relief Fund, describing it as an exemplary contribution to Public welfare. He said that institutions like Remedy Cancer Care Play a vital role in Strengthening the Government welfare Initiatives.
He urged doctors to organise regular health camps in rural and remote areas so that serious diseases such as cancer can be detected and treated at an early Stage. He assured full Government support for such Public-oriented healthcare Initiatives.
During his address, Minister Sharma also appealed to the Youth to Stay away from drugs and addictive Substances, Stating that a drug-free lifestyle is essential for building a healthy society. He encouraged Young People to remain conscious of their health and actively contribute to Nation-Building.
