Sachin Malik: The Greater Noida Authority demolished illegal constructions spread over nearly 20,000 square meters of land in the notified area of Nanwa Ka Rajpur. The estimated value of the land is around ₹40 crore. The action was carried out on the instructions of Greater Noida Authority CEO N.G. Ravi Kumar by teams from the Land Records and Project Departments.
According to officials, colonizers were attempting illegal Plotting on Khasra No. 156 and nearby land in Nanwa Ka Rajpur. Greater Noida Authority ACEO Sumit Yadav warned that Strict action would be taken against anyone carrying out illegal construction in the notified area without Permission or approved Maps.
He also appealed to the Public to verify all land-related details with the Authority Land Records Department before Purchasing Property in Greater Noida, advising People not to invest their hard-earned money in illegal Colonies.
Authority General Manager A.K. Singh stated that colonizers were trying to illegally occupy the land through unauthorized construction. Under the leadership of OSD Ramnayan Singh from the Land Records Department, Senior Manager Nagendra Singh and other officials carried out the demolition drive on Saturday in the Presence of security Personnel.
The operation lasted for nearly two hours. Officials also warned that any attempt to reconstruct illegal Structures would invite legal Action.
