Sachin Malik: In line with the Government Commitment to ensuring the Prompt, effective and time-bound redressal of Public Grievances, Complete Solution Day (Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas) was organized today across all three tehsils of Gautam Buddh Nagar District.
A total of 145 complaints were received during the Grievance redressal camps, of which 11 were resolved on the spot. The remaining complaints were forwarded to the concerned departments with directions to ensure their timely and Quality Disposal.
The District Magistrate of Gautam Buddh Nagar Chaired the Programme at Dadri Tehsil, where, along with the Additional Commissioner of Meerut Division, he heard Public Grievances and reviewed individual cases. A total of 81 complaints were registered at Dadri, of which 7 were resolved Immediately.
Addressing the officials, the District Magistrate emphasized that the Government is highly sensitive to Public concerns and directed all departments to handle every complaint with seriousness, sensitivity, and accountability. He instructed officers to conduct on-site inspections Wherever necessary and ensure satisfactory, transparent, and quality resolution of Grievances.
The Programme was attended by Chief Development Officer Bhal Chandra Tripathi, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Madan Mohan Mani Tripathi, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Dadri) Anuj Nehra, along with officials and Staff from various Departments.
Meanwhile, Sadar Tehsil organized the Programme under the Chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Manglesh Dubey. A total of 7 complaints were received, of which 2 were resolved on the spot.
At Jewar Tehsil, the event was Presided over by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Durgesh Singh. A total of 57 complaints were registered, and 2 of them were resolved immediately, while the remaining cases were referred to the concerned departments for timely Action.
