NEW DELHI : Two IPOs are throwing open their bidding windows today, August 28. These are ESDS Software Solution and Priority Jewels. ESDS Software Solution is an AI-enabled cloud, managed services, data centre infrastructure and software solutions provider. It has also mobilized Rs 216 crore from anchor investors, the list of which contains Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, Bajaj General Insurance, Samco Mutual Fund, Sanshi Fund-I, Meru Investment Fund PCC – Cell 1 and CP Capital Ltd.
Diamond-studded gold and platinum fine jewellery seller Priority Jewels IPO intends to mobilise Rs 91.50 crores. This IPO contain only fresh shares and has no OFS part. The GMP of both issues are in the positive territory. Let’s have a look.
ESDS Software Solution IPO GMP
According to investorgain, ESDS Software Solution IPO GMP stood at Rs 325 on August 28 morning. Considering the upper price band of Rs 429.00, the estimated ESDS Software Solution shares will be Rs 754 and the listing gain 75.76%. However, it must be remembered that GMP is an unofficial indicator which can be volatile and cannot guarantee any listing gain.

ESDS Software Solution IPO price band has been set at Rs 408-429 per share. The minimum investable lot for a retail investor is 34 shares for which he/she has to commit an investment of Rs 14,586 based on upper price.

Priority Jewels IPO GMP
According to investorgain, Priority Jewels IPO last GMP in the morning of August 28 stood at Rs 37. Considering the upper price band of Rs 200.00, the estimated listing price of Priority Jewels shares will be Rs 237 and the listing gain 18.50%. However, it must be remembered that GMP is an unofficial indicator which can be volatile and cannot guarantee any listing gain.

Priority Jewels IPO price band is Rs 190-200 per share. For a reyail investor, the minimum investible lot consists of 75 shares for which he/she has to invest Rs 15,000 based on upper price.
