Sachin Malik: During an inspection visit, Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik also inspected the newly constructed Vijaynagar Zonal Office. Arrangements have been made in the building for officials from various departments, including the Tax Department, Construction Department, Jal Kal Department, Health Department, Lighting Department and Horticulture Department. The Municipal Commissioner directed senior departmental officials to make the office operational with immediate Effect.
He also instructed officials to immediately arrange seating facilities and Chilled drinking water for visitors. The new Vijaynagar Zonal Office will also be utilized for census-related work. On the occasion, Additional Municipal Commissioner Avneendra Kumar, Chief Engineer (Construction) N.K. Chaudhary, In-Charge Nazarat Dr. Anuj, Ranjeet from the executing agency CNDS and the Vijaynagar zonal in-Charge team were Present.
During the inspection, the Municipal Commissioner also listened to the Problems of residents of the Vijaynagar area, where issues related to road construction were brought to his notice. He directed the Construction Department to take immediate action on Public grievances and instructed that lane construction work be completed swiftly in accordance with rules and Regulations.
The Municipal Commissioner also directed all departmental teams to expedite Preparations for Starting operations at the new Vijaynagar Zonal Office, including furniture installation and seating arrangements. Officials were instructed to complete Preparations, as the office is expected to be inaugurated within the next 10 Days.
