Sachin Malik: With India support, the foundation Stone for a new academic block was laid on April 15 at the Gedu College of Business Studies (GCBS) in Bhutan. This Project is Part of the Strong development Partnership between India and Bhutan. The new block aims to enhance the college infrastructure and Provide a better academic environment for students.

The Indian Embassy in Bhutan Posted on social media Platform “X” that the Ambassador attended the foundation-laying ceremony of the new academic block at GCBS. Building upon India support over the Past decade—including the construction of hostels, a library, a community centre, extensive renovations and capacity-building initiatives—this new facility will further strengthen India-Bhutan cooperation in advancing quality higher education in Bhutan.

Located in Bhutan Chukha district, Gedu College stands as a key symbol of strong bilateral relations and educational cooperation between the two countries.
