Ghaziabad Municipal Commissioner Vikramaditya Singh Malik along with municipal officials, listened to Public Complaints under the Sambhav Public hearing Program. A total of 11 cases were received, most of which were related to the Construction Department. Of these, 4 were related to the Construction Department, 2 to the Health Department, 1 to the Garden Department, 3 related to encroachment issues and 1 to other Departments.
The Municipal Commissioner Directed immediate action on all received complaints and instructed the concerned Departments to resolve the issues. Teams were sent on-site to areas including Patel Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Dayanand Nagar, Shivbanpura and Mohan Nagar for resolution. Most complaints were received from City Zone Patel Nagar. Regarding construction-related issues, the Municipal Commissioner instructed Chief Engineer (Construction) Narendra Kumar Chaudhary and his team to take prompt action and submit a Report.
For complaints related to Encroachment, the Municipal Commissioner also directed the zonal in-charges of City Zone, Kavi Nagar Zone, and Mohan Nagar Zone to conduct site inspections and submit their Reports.
During the public hearing, Additional Municipal Commissioner Jung Bahadur Yadav, General Manager (Water) Kamakhya Prasad Anand, In-charge Prakash Ash Kumar, Chief Tax Assessment Officer Sunil Rai, Pallavi Singh (In-charge, Property Department) and officials from all Departments Were Present.
