Senior GST Officials are ignoring the zero-tolerance Policy of the Yogi Government. The Question Arises: Why are the authorities not paying attention to Noida? Are they aware of the illegal activities taking Place there? How will the Yogi Government implement its Zero-Tolerance Policy Under Such Circumstances?
Our Correspondent Investigation Has Revealed that around 400 Sleeper Buses operate from Delhi and these buses are being used to transport Goods involved in GST Evasion. These buses travel from Delhi via Noida Sector 15 to Various Districts of Uttar Pradesh and Even to Other States.
This illegal operation is causing losses worth crores of rupees to government revenue. However, officials seem more interested in filling their own Pockets and appear unconcerned about the financial losses to the government. They are also Not affected by the Yogi Government Zero-tolerance Policy and are Effectively Undermining It.
We would like to inform you about three travel companies involved in this alleged Activity:
-Safar Travels Owned by Israr Khan, who is Described as a Mafia Involved in GST evasion Cargo
-Raj Kalpana Travels Owned by Rajkumar
-Fauji Travels Owned by Sonu
It is alleged that these three operators have the full backing of Senior Officials of the Uttar Pradesh Government and the GST Department. Although these Sleeper buses are meant for Passengers, they are reportedly being used to transport goods without GST from Delhi through Noida to districts across Uttar Pradesh and even to Madhya Pradesh.
These buses allegedly carry Goods Stacked up to 5–6 feet high on their Roofs, facilitating large-Scale GST Evasion. It is further alleged that this illegal trade is being carried out under the supervision of senior GST Officials.
Some officials in Noida are Said to be actively involved in running this racket. If not, then how are these buses able to transport goods without GST so openly? It is also Claimed that this is happening under the oversight of an Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax.
It is worth noting that the Rajasthan government under Bhajanlal Sharma has reportedly put a complete stop to such illegal activities. The question remains: why is the Uttar Pradesh government silent? Is it acting under the influence of higher Officials?
