Memorandum Submitted to Sub-Divisional Officer Lucknow, June 29. On the call of the District Samajwadi Party, Lucknow, a massive Protest was organized at Mohanlalganj Tehsil against rising Prices of Petrol, Diesel, cooking Gas, fertilizers, Paper leaks, women Exploitation, frequent Lower cuts and Poor law and order. The Protest was led by former MLA Ambrish Singh Pushkar, with thousands of Party leaders and workers Participating. A large number of women were also Present. After the demonstration, a memorandum was submitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer.
MP R.K. Chaudhary Attack on BJP Government
Mohalalganj MP R.K. Chaudhary alleged that the BJP Government has been continuously increasing the Prices of Petrol, Diesel, Gas, Electricity and fertilizers in an unprecedented manner, forcing People to bear the brunt of inflation. He said household budgets have Collapsed due to rising kitchen Expenses. Women exploitation is at its Peak, and Police are harassing common People by implicating them in false cases. He accused the Government of making hollow Promises of “Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao” and Women Safety.
Concerns of Farmers and Small Businesses
District President Jay Singh ‘Jayant’, former MLA Ambrish Singh Pushkar, District General Secretary Shabbir Ahmad Khan and former MLA Shyam Kishore Yadav said that Skyrocketing fertilizer Prices have left farmers distressed. Rising Electricity tariffs and frequent Power cuts have increased household expenses and adversely affected Small businesses.

Municipal Chairman Umesh Yadav, Councilor Satish Yadav, Backward Class District President Manoj Pal and several Public representatives also Joined. Thousands of Party workers were Present, making the Protest a Significant Show of Strength.
