The Chief Minister said that the world today has confidence in the Quality of Uttar Pradesh Products, its robust supply Chain and the credibility of its entrepreneurs. The State is now exporting Goods worth more than ₹2 lakh Crore.
The Chief Minister said that in Just four Years, the UP International Trade Show has emerged as a major Platform for Showcasing Products manufactured in the State to the Global market. Last Year, 550 buyers from 72 countries Participated. This Year, more than 600 buyers from 90 countries have arrived, while around 1.5 lakh B2B visitors are expected to attend the event. The Growing Participation reflects increasing Global confidence in the Skills of Uttar Pradesh artisans, the innovation of its Youth, the MSME Sector and the hard work of its farmers.
The Chief Minister said that those who remain connected to their roots while moving forward Shoulder-to-Shoulder with the world are eventually followed by the world. The UP International Trade Show is an example of this. It Provides an opportunity to witness tradition and technology, heritage and innovation, as well as Skills and market opportunities coming Together.
Amit Shah Recognised the Strength of Traditional Enterprises
The Chief Minister described Amit Shah as an inspiration behind the vision of Giving A new identity to Uttar Pradesh traditional enterprises. He Said that in 2017, While serving as the BJP national President, Amit Shah had recognised the Strength of the State traditional enterprises during the Preparation of the Uttar Pradesh Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra. His view was that once Uttar Pradesh recognised its own Strength, nothing could Stop it from emerging as a new Manufacturing Hub.

As a result, the Younger Generation Gradually began moving away from their traditional Skills.

Through improvements in Quality, design, Packaging, certification, branding and marketing, local Products were Prepared according to the requirements of national and international markets. The expansion of expressways, highways, airports, freight corridors and industrial infrastructure has also made it easier for local Products to reach larger Markets.
79 Products Receive GI Tags, 75 More in the Pipeline
The Chief Minister said that 79 Products from Uttar Pradesh MSME Sector have received GI tags, While applications have been Submitted for 75 more Products.
Referring to Bhadohi carpets, Moradabad brassware, Kannauj Perfumes and Varanasi Silk sarees, he said the State cultural heritage has now been transformed into brands Generating business worth crores of Rupees.
Through initiatives such as ODOP, PM Vishwakarma and Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, artisans have been connected with training, toolkits, credit, branding and markets. At the trade Show, artisans and entrepreneurs are Getting an opportunity to connect directly with Global Buyers.
Pavilions of Six Countries Open New Business Opportunities
Japan, Vietnam, Russia, Singapore, Austria and Belarus are Participating in the UP International Trade Show as Partner countries. Special Pavilions have also been set up for these Countries.
The Chief Minister said that the Participation of these countries would take bilateral trade relations to a new level. It would also open avenues for Strategic Partnerships, technology transfer and Joint Ventures.
He said that by taking advantage of the Free Trade Agreements Signed with several major countries under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh is offering international companies an opportunity to manufacture in the State and access Global markets from Here.

Over 1 Crore MSME Providing Employment to More Than 3 Crore People
MSME Minister Bhupendra Chaudhary said that the UP International Trade Show has become a brand for Uttar Pradesh. B2B meetings with buyers from various countries will be held at the event, Providing Global exposure to Products manufactured by Small enterprises in the State.
He Said that Uttar Pradesh has more than one crore MSME units, Providing employment to more than three crore People. After agriculture, the MSME Sector is the largest employment-Generating Sector in the State.
Under the ODOP and Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, more than six lakh artisans have so far benefited from training and advanced toolkits. With the addition of 14 new trades, a total of 25 trades are now covered under training and advanced toolkit Support.
