Sachin Malik: Under the Directions of Atul Srivastava, District Judge, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Shivani Rawat, Additional District Judge and Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Informed that a Special Lok Adalat will be organized in the district on August 21, 22 and 23, 2026, under the “Samadhan Samaroh” Campaign.
She Stated that the Special Lok Adalat will facilitate the settlement of cases Pending before the Supreme Court of India Where there is a Possibility of an amicable compromise between the Parties. Litigants Whose matters are currently Pending before the Supreme Court and are Suitable for mutual Settlement may take advantage of this initiative to resolve their disputes Peacefully.
She also appealed to the residents of the district to make the maximum use of this Special Lok Adalat. Parties involved in cases that have the Potential for Settlement are encouraged to Participate and obtain a speedy, Simple and amicable resolution of their Disputes.
