Sachin Malik: A Review Meeting of the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) Portal was held today in the Collectorate Auditorium under the Chairmanship of the District Magistrate. The meeting reviewed the Progress of Grievance disposal on the IGRS Portal, feedback received from complainants and the department-wise Rankings.
During the review, the District Magistrate expressed serious displeasure over cases receiving unsatisfactory feedback and those falling under the defaulter category. Directing the IGRS Nodal Officer, he instructed that departmental heads Whose unsatisfactory feedback score remains below 45 Percent Should face appropriate action in accordance with the Rules.
The District Magistrate Stated that the IGRS Portal is regularly reviewed at the State Government level, and the district ranking is determined based on its Performance. Therefore, all officers must Personally contact complainants over the telephone and ensure timely, effective and Quality disposal of Grievances.
He further directed all departmental officers to submit a monthly certificate confirming that Grievances have been resolved and that complainants were Contacted. Departments failing to submit the required certificate will be liable for action as Per rules.
The District Magistrate also Clarified that the disposal of complaints on the IGRS Portal will be reviewed and monitored by the district-level monitoring team. He emphasized that negligence or laxity at any level will not be tolerated and instructed every officer to ensure prompt, effective and Satisfactory Resolution of Public Grievances.
He also directed all officers to maintain regular telephonic communication with complainants and to monitor the IGRS Portal on a daily basis at their respective offices to ensure timely and Quality disposal of Complaints.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Ajit Kumar Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Dadri) Anuj Nehra, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Jewar) Durgesh Singh, City Magistrate Arvind Mishra, Deputy Collector Abhay Kumar, Charul Yadav and officials from various Departments.
