Sachin Malik: On the auspicious occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, Urban Development and Energy Minister A. K. Sharma actively Participated in various Programs Organized in Mau district and Paid heartfelt tributes to Babasaheb. During this time, he visited several villages including Jawahirpur, Rampur Chhathra, Marookhpur, Maryadpur, Teenhari, Rasoolpur, Kanthtarav, Surajpur and Sahroj, Sharing this historic occasion with local Residents.
Addressing the Gatherings, Minister Sharma said that Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar was not only the architect of the Indian Constitution but also a Great Champion of social justice, equality and human rights. He emphasized that Babasaheb dedicated his entire life to the upliftment of the weaker, deprived and marginalized sections of society and envisioned an India where everyone gets equal opportunity and Respect.
He further Stated that today there is a need for all of us to imbibe Babasaheb ideals in our lives and work collectively to eliminate discrimination, inequality and social evils. He especially urged the youth to make education their strongest weapon, as Babasaheb believed that education is the most Powerful tool for social transformation.
Minister Sharma said that the government is working with full commitment to realize Babasaheb dreams. Under the visionary leadership of Narendra Modi and the guidance of Yogi Adityanath, the double-engine government is continuously working for the welfare of the Poor, deprived and needy. He added that schemes are being implemented with the spirit of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas” to reach the last Person in Society.
He highlighted that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Millions of Poor families are being Provided Permanent housing, improving their Standard of living.
Through the Ayushman Bharat scheme, economically weaker sections are receiving free healthcare services, reducing their financial burden during serious illnesses. Additionally, the “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” campaign is focusing on the education, safety and empowerment of Girls.
The Minister stated that the Government goal is not just to design schemes but to ensure their effective implementation so that every needy Person benefits. He instructed officials to work with sensitivity and Promptness in resolving Public grievances, ensuring that citizens do not face Inconvenience.
During the Programs, local residents Presented various development-related demands before the minister. Taking a Positive approach, Minister Sharma assured the construction of an Ambedkar Park and the establishment of a library. He said these initiatives would not only Preserve Babasaheb ideas but also serve as a strong center of education and inspiration for the Youth.
