Saurabh Baiswar, son of Prabhakar Baiswar, hails from village Sohai in Suratganj block. Growing up with limited resources, he achieved this milestone through dedication and clear vision. Currently, he resides in Awas Vikas Colony, Barabanki, and continues to work towards his Goals.

Around 1.2 Million Young Participants from across India took Part in the ‘Budget Quest’. Selected candidates were invited to write essays and Saurabh Piece, focused on farmer welfare and rural economy, drew attention not only from evaluators but also from the Prime Minister.

In his essay, Saurabh highlighted issues such as falling Prices of crops like Potato and mentha, Challenges Posed by imports and the urgent need to ensure fair Pricing for farmers. He suggested Practical measures like setting up Processing units at the tehsil level, creating a Price Stabilization fund and reforming import Policies—ideas considered crucial for Strengthening the rural Economy.

Saurabh also emphasized improving quality and transparency in solar Schemes, ensuring accountability of Private companies and Strengthening rural infrastructure. According to him, “Reducing the Gap from seed to market is the key to real Development.”
