Bahraich: The birth anniversaries of Bharat Ratna Pt. Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee were celebrated with great devotion, faith, and enthusiasm at the ancient Paramhans Baba Kuti premises (Birpur). The speakers described Mahamana Malaviya and Atal Bihari Vajpayee as Ajatshatru (one without enemies) and architects of modern India. They termed both leaders as great human beings (Mahamānava) and collectively took a pledge to follow their ideals to build a strong and united India.

Their ideals, he said, remain guiding principles for society.

Sanjeev Srivastava, Advocate, President of Mahamana Malaviya Mission, Awadh Region, called both leaders the builders of modern India and urged people to walk on their path to ensure national unity and strength. Social worker Er. R.K Singh appealed to society to abandon hatred, animosity and internal discord and work collectively to strengthen Sanatan society.

The program was conducted by Durgesh Verma, Block President of Kisan Parishad, while the vote of thanks was presented by Pandit Vijay Sharma, a Sanatan society leader.

He noted that the Sita-Ram Vivah Fair organized here attracts devotees not only from the region but also from neighboring Nepal, spreading the message of social and religious harmony.

Mahant Ramdas blessed the gathering and urged everyone to work towards maintaining unity and integrity of Sanatan society.

On the concluding occasion, under the joint aegis of Mahamana Malaviya Mission Awadh, Kisan Parishad and Paramhans Baba Mela Committee, a collective recitation and worship of Tulsi Chalisa was performed at the Tulsi Chauraha in the temple premises on the occasion of Tulsi Jayanti.
