Sachin Malik: Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Sharma Yesterday evening inaugurated various development and beautification works in Mau district. During the Programme, he inaugurated the development works carried out around the Statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Patel Udyan, Ballia Mor Tiraha the beautification works around the Statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya at Ghazipur Tiraha the Statue Site of Late Algu Rai Shastri at Mau Bus Stand and the Grand tricolour mirror and Column lighting installed at Mirzahadipur Chowk.
Minister A.K. Sharma said that development works would continue uninterrupted to make Mau city Clean, beautiful, Safe and equipped with modern facilities. Major intersections, roads and Public Places in the city are being developed and beautified in a Planned manner so that citizens can have access to a better environment as well as convenient and attractive Public SPaces.
He said that the Statues of Great Personalities are symbols of inspiration and Pride. The development and beautification of such sites is not merely aimed at enhancing the beauty of the city, it also Provides an opportunity for the Younger Generation to learn about the lives, Struggles and contributions of these Great Personalities to Nation-Building.
The Urban Development Minister said that the Government Primary objective is to Provide better facilities to citizens and create an urban environment Where People do not face inconvenience in terms of transportation, Cleanliness, lighting arrangements or Public amenities. Keeping this objective in mind, development works are being continuously undertaken across urban Areas.
Minister A.K. Sharma said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi vision of a developed India and the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the campaign to make Uttar Pradesh cities modern, Clean, beautiful and equipped with better civic amenities is Progressing continuously.
