Sachin Malik: Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Sharma expressed happiness over Maha Kumbh 2025 receiving the National E-Governance Award, Stating that the honour is a testament to Uttar Pradesh Outstanding administrative capability, technology-driven management and Excellence in Good Governance at the national level.
He said that Maha Kumbh 2025 was a divine, Grand, extraordinary and remarkable event in many respects. The event not only Showcased India rich cultural and spiritual heritage to the world with Pride but also Presented a new image of a developed India through modern technology, digital innovation and efficient Administration.
Minister Sharma noted that Maha Kumbh 2025 had earlier been honoured with the Swachhata Excellence Award by the Government of India and now receiving the National E-Governance Award further demonstrates that Uttar Pradesh has established new national benchmarks in event management, administration, Cleanliness and technological Innovation.
He added that when Preparations for Maha Kumbh began, it had been Clearly envisioned that the event would be digital and Powered by modern technology. The national recognition now received, he said, is also an endorsement by the Government of India of that vision and Commitment.
The Urban Development and Energy Minister attributed this historic achievement to the Guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the visionary leadership, inspiration and continuous direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, expressing his heartfelt Gratitude to Both.
He also congratulated all officers, Employees, Security Personnel, Sanitation workers, technical experts and every individual who contributed directly or indirectly to the successful organisation of Maha Kumbh 2025. He said that their dedication, discipline and tireless efforts had transformed the event into a Globally recognised model of Excellence.
