Sachin Malik: The Results of the UPCATET-2026 (Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test), conducted by Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, were declared today. The results were officially released by Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi at his constituency office in the Presence of the Vice-Chancellor of Banda Agricultural University.
On the occasion, the Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the successful candidates for a bright and Prosperous future. He also appreciated the Vice-Chancellor, S.V.S. Raju and his entire team for conducting the examination with complete fairness, transparency and efficiency, as well as for announcing the results within the Stipulated Time.
This year, UPCATET-2026 was successfully organized by Banda University of Agriculture and Technology. The entrance examination was conducted across 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh on June 17 and 18, 2026. The Undergraduate (UG) entrance examination was held on June 17 at 27 examination centres, While the Postgraduate (PG), Ph.D and MBA entrance examinations were conducted on June 18 across 18 examination Centres.
According to the examination Statistics, a total of 18,827 candidates had registered for the entrance test. Out of these, 16,349 candidates, representing approximately 90 Percent, appeared for the examination. Among those Who appeared, 14,802 candidates successfully Qualified. Of the Qualified candidates, 73 Percent were male and 27 Percent were Female.
Announcing the list of top achievers, officials Stated that in the Undergraduate (UG) category, Kavya Masih from Kankerkhera, Meerut secured the first rank, Kirath Masand from Kannauj secured the Second rank and Mohammad Kaif from Rampur secured the third Rank.
In the Postgraduate (PG) category, Shivam Yadav from Ballia secured the first rank, while Aastha Yadav from Unnao secured the second Rank.
In the Ph.D. category, Aman Singh from Mau secured the first rank and Abhishek Gautam from Mathura secured the second rank, bringing Pride to their university and their respective Districts.
