Sachin Malik: Following the directions of Uttar Pradesh Minister for Urban Development, Energy and Jaunpur District In-Charge, A.K. Sharma, a Night Jan Chaupal was organized at Pattikirat Rai Gram Panchayat and the Atal Residential Complex (Vanvasi Settlement) in Rampur Development Block. Minister Sharma Joined the Programme virtually and addressed villagers and officials, emphasizing that the benefits of Government Welfare Schemes must reach every eligible citizen, especially those at the last Mile.
The Minister instructed officials to ensure that all eligible families without Permanent housing receive benefits under Government housing Schemes. He also directed them to Provide eligible beneficiaries with ration cards, Ayushman cards, Pensions and assistance under the Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme, along with other welfare initiatives. He Stressed the need to Provide villages with complete access to drinking water, roads, Sanitation and other essential civic amenities.
Sharma described serving Vanvasi (tribal) families as a Privilege. He informed the Gathering that although he could not attend the event in Person due to Prior commitments, he would visit and inspect the village in the future. He instructed officials to complete all Pending developmental works before his visit.
Various Government departments set up information and service Stalls during the Programme. A Plantation drive was conducted to Promote environmental conservation. Under the Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development Scheme, e-rickshaws were distributed to beneficiaries. Certificates and approval letters were also handed over to beneficiaries of the Chief Minister Rural Housing Scheme, Labour Card Scheme, Antyodaya Ration Card Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, PM Surya Ghar Yojana, and several other welfare Programmes.
Key Achievements of Pattikirat Rai Gram Panchayat.
Pattikirat Rai Gram Panchayat has a total Population of 3,078 comprising 1498 men and 1580 Women. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 149 Houses have been Sanctioned and constructed, While 45 houses have been built under the Chief Minister Housing Scheme. The village has also witnessed the construction of 120 household Toilets.
Under various Pension a Schemes, 227 senior citizens, 62 destitute women and 28 Persons with disabilities are receiving benefits. The village has 206 MGNREGA Job card holders, 987 Ayushman Card beneficiaries, 89 Antyodaya ration card holders and 520 Priority Household (PHH) ration card beneficiary families. Drinking water is supplied through 78 India Mark hand Pumps, While 19 Self-Help Groups (SHG) are actively functioning in the Village.
Welfare Outreach in Atal Residential Complex (Vanvasi Settlement)
The Atal Residential Complex (Vanvasi Settlement) has a population of 69 residents. Under the Chief Minister Housing Scheme, 19 houses have been constructed. The settlement also has 9 toilets, 3 Pension beneficiaries, 23 MGNREGA Job card holders and 15 Ayushman Card beneficiary Families.
Additionally, 11 Antyodaya and 7 Priority Household ration card holders are receiving food Security benefits. Drinking water facilities are available through 4 India Mark hand Pumps and one Self-Help Group is actively operating in the Settlement.
The District Magistrate assured the Minister that all eligible individuals who have not Yet received benefits under Government Schemes would soon be covered. He Stated that every department would ensure 100 Percent saturation of eligible beneficiaries based on Prescribed Criteria.
During the Programme, the Rampur Development Block was also felicitated with its ISO Certification, and the official certificate was Presented. The Night Jan Chaupal witnessed the Participation of Public representatives, district-level officials, Government employees and a large number of Villagers.
