Lucknow Indira Nagar witnessed a vibrant Celebration of the 12th International Yoga Day at the Regional Ayurvedic Research Institute Council (INS-106, Sector 25), Where a Grand event titled Yoga Sangam was organized early in the morning at 6 a.m. The Program was held under the able Guidance and leadership of Dr. Sanjay Singh, Assistant Director-in-Charge of the Institute.
Purpose and Vision
The central aim of the event was to inspire People to make Yoga an integral Part of their daily Routine for a healthier, balanced and Stress-free life. The Program was Jointly organized by the Regional Ayurvedic Research Institute and the Indian Yoga Institute, Lucknow.
Enthusiastic Participation
Under the Guidance of Arun Jain, Patron of the Indian Yoga Institute, nearly 300 Participants, Including Officials, Staff Members and local residents, Practiced various Yoga Postures, Pranayama and meditation techniques. Special Yoga Day Shirts were distributed among the Participants, further boosting their Enthusiasm.
Support and Coordination
The success of the event was made Possible with the dedicated support of Shalini Gupta from the Indian Yoga Institute. The entire Program was Skillfully coordinated and Conducted by Dr. Kumble Pallavi Namdev, the Nodal Officer for Yoga Day 2026. After the Yoga Session, Participants were served nutritious Refreshments.

Concluding the event, Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Assistant Director-in-Charge, expressed Gratitude to all supporting organizations and Participants. He emphasized: “Yoga is an invaluable treasure of Indian Culture and making it a regular Part of life is the true key to health and Balance.”
