Sachin Malik: A Meeting of the State-Level Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee constituted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 Was held under the Chairmanship of Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary S.P. Goyal. During the meeting, Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for a total of 63,433 New houses under the Beneficiary-Led Construction (BLC) Component of PMAY-U 2.0 were approved for 225 urban local bodies across 55 Districts.
The Chief Secretary directed that the Projects approved under the Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) component Should be completed within the Stipulated Timeframe.
It was informed during the meeting that approval was granted to the Action Taken Reports (ATR) Prepared against Third-Party Quality Monitoring Reports for 12 Projects under the AHP Component of PMAY-Urban, in order to receive the next installment of central Assistance.
Following the approval of these houses, the total number of sanctioned houses under the Beneficiary-Led Construction (BLC) component of PMAY-U 2.0 has reached 368,138.
Principal Secretary, Urban Development, P. Guru Prasad along with other senior officials, was also Present at the Meeting.
