Lucknow: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh has been moving rapidly toward comprehensive development over the Past nine years. During this period, not only has there been a significant expansion of basic infrastructure, but the upliftment of every section of society has also been ensured. The Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) has Played a crucial role in realizing the vision of CM Yogi.
Through IGRS, continuous monitoring of Public hearings, welfare schemes, and revenue-related work is being carried out, helping districts establish better administrative standards. In this context, according to the IGRS report for March, Rampur secured the first Position across the state with 139 marks. Hathras and Barabanki jointly secured the second Position, while Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit jointly ranked third.
Monthly review of 109 programs across 49 departments along with grievance redressal
IGRS releases a monthly report evaluating revenue work, development Projects and Public grievance redressal across districts. It reviews 109 Programs from 49 departments based on various Parameters and then ranks the districts accordingly.
According to the February report, Rampur scored 139 out of a total of 140 marks, achieving a ratio of 99.29%, securing the top Position in the state. District Magistrate of Rampur, Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, stated that the IGRS report evaluates districts that have Shown excellence in administrative efficiency, development work and revenue management. He added that in line with CM Yogi Adityanath vision, development Projects in Rampur are being completed in a timely and high-quality manner. Complaints received through IGRS are also being resolved promptly and effectively.
Priority-based redressal of Public Grievances through Jan Sunwai and IGRS
Hathras District Magistrate Atul Vats stated that, following the Chief Minister directives, complaints received during Public hearings are being resolved on a Priority basis. As a result, there has been noticeable improvement in grievance redressal rates in the district over the Past four months.
To further enhance efficiency, regular weekly review meetings are conducted with officials to ensure timely and quality completion of development Projects. Public complaints are resolved on Priority and IGRS reports are finalized only after receiving satisfactory feedback from citizens. Consequently, Hathras secured second Place in the March report with 137 out of 140 marks. Barabanki also scored 137 marks, sharing the second Position.
Hamirpur, Saharanpur, Ballia, Prayagraj and Mathura among top ten Districts
Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit secured the third Position with 136 marks each. Sonbhadra, Kannauj, Ambedkar Nagar and Hapur jointly secured the fourth Position with 135 marks each. Bareilly, Azamgarh and Lakhimpur Kheri ranked fifth with 134 marks.
Additionally, Hamirpur, Saharanpur, Ballia, Prayagraj and Mathura have also secured Positions among the top ten districts.
