Rahul Upadhyay Bahraich: Senior social worker Mukta Prasad Jaiswal, a resident of Jamog Bazaar in Nawabganj block, passed away on Sunday morning. He breathed his last at the age of 95. It is reported that he had been unwell for the past few days and on Sunday, his health suddenly deteriorated and the sad news of his death spread throughout the area through his family members.
Mukta Prasad Jaiswal was always active in social work. He was always at the forefront in resolving the problems of the people of the area and his simplicity, gentleness and dedication to public service earned him a respected place among everyone.
A wave of grief has swept across the entire area following his death. Local representatives, social workers and villagers expressed their deep sorrow, saying that Jaiswal passing is an irreparable loss to society. He is survived by his four sons-Rajesh Jaiswal, Dinesh Jaiswal, Dr. Ranjit Jaiswal and Ashok Jaiswal and a large family including grandchildren.
Family members informed that his last rites will be performed today at 2 PM in Jamog Bazaar. People have been visiting his residence since morning to pay their last respects.
